Grievance redressal

If something has gone wrong, this is how to get it fixed — and how to escalate if we do not fix it. As a Lending Service Provider under RBI DL 2025, GrydFi is accountable to you for the parts of the journey it runs.

Who to raise it with

Raise with your lenderThe sanction decision, interest and charges on your loan, repayment, foreclosure, collections and recovery conduct.

Level 1 — GrydFi Grievance Redressal Officer

Name: GRO name. Designation: designation.

Email: GRO email. Phone: GRO phone. Hours: hours.

Address: postal address for grievances.

We acknowledge within acknowledgement window and aim to resolve within 30 days of receipt. You will be given a reference number, and you can ask for the status of your complaint at any time.

03

Level 2 — your lender's officer

Every institution on the network publishes its own Grievance Redressal Officer, and the Key Fact Statement for your loan names theirs. Complaints about the loan itself belong there.

If you cannot find those details, ask us and we will give you the contact for the institution you were matched with.

04

Level 3 — the Reserve Bank of India

If your complaint is not resolved within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the RBI under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme.

Complaints can be filed at the RBI Complaint Management System, cms.rbi.org.in, or by post to the Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre, Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh.

For data protection complaints specifically, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India after raising the matter with our Data Protection Officer.
